Venus Ridhuan serves as the Acting Chief Operations Officer at Derm Group, where she leads initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, execute strategic priorities, and strengthen organizational systems and processes.

She holds an integrated master’s degree with Honors in electrical and electronics engineering from Aston University, UK. Venus began her journey with Derm Group as an assistant electrical project engineer intern during her university studies. Her steady rise through the company reflects her dedication, technical acumen, and deep alignment with Derm Group’s vision for innovation and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Derm Group, Venus worked as a Kaizen controller in a concrete pole manufacturing company. In that role, she expanded her professional capabilities beyond engineering, gaining hands-on experience in sales, tender negotiations, and customer engagement—skills that enhanced her communication and leadership effectiveness. Her curiosity about broader business dynamics led her to serve as team lead for an ERP customization and implementation project, where she developed a holistic understanding of organizational functions. From procurement and technical workflows to accounting and finance processes, Venus built a strong foundation in cross-functional collaboration and strategic systems integration.

At Derm Group, she has been instrumental in driving the successful implementation of three ISO management systems—ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001—advancing the company’s standards in quality, health, safety, and environmental management.

Venus continues to invest in her professional development, having completed Finance for Non-Finance Managers at Strathmore University (Kenya) and Manager’s Sustainability Training conducted by CEOrt (Tanzania). With her unique combination of engineering expertise, business insight, and leadership experience, she plays a pivotal role in steering Derm Group toward sustainable growth and operational excellence.
