RIDHUAN A. MRINGO

Ridhuan A. Mringo is the company’s founder, CEO and Group chairman. His experience working in the field is what motivated him to establish Derm Group (T) LTD.

From the beginning of his career, through to his current position, Ridhuan has gained a broad range of experience in the electrical construction industry. He is an experienced operations executive who has demonstrated the ability to lead a diverse team of professionals to new levels of success in the fast-paced environment of this highly competitive, cutting-edge industry.

Ridhuan has strong business and technical qualifications, together with an impressive track record of hands-on experience, over many years, in strategic planning, business development, project management and systems engineering strategies.

He has a proven ability to successfully analyse an organization’s critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenue and key client retention.

Ridhuan has established an excellent record of meeting client needs and expectations in challenging situations, and is a versatile manager of projects.

His most recent accomplishment is the formation and development of Derm Group (T) LTD – a company with interests and operations throughout Tanzania – where he now serves as Managing Director.

Ridhuan is a registered Professional Engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dar es salaam.
