MARTHA BATONDANA

Batondana, Martha K., is a Technical Coordinator  at Derm Elevators Limited. With a market that demands more technical and rational analysis, she brings a perfect hybrid of sales and technical expertise to the company. Her role extends from identifying new clients, preparing and negotiating tender terms and conducting precontract award meetings to managing and interpreting customer requirements, supervising, coordinating and training of
technicians.

Prior to joining Derm Elevators Limited, Batondana was a Manufacturing Engineer at Coca Cola Kwanza Limited. She successfully planned and monitored all the manufacturing processes, prepared standard and best operating procedures, programmed operating machines, trained electrical technicians on system operations and participated in internal auditing. From 2013 through 2014, she was a volunteering intern, working as Instrumentation Engineer at Tanzania Portland Cement Company (TPCC).She inspected, tested and monitored operating systems and instruments and conducted maintenance checks and repairs. Batondana holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and Communication) degree from St. Joseph University in Tanzania.

She also underwent various training courses with CocaCola Kwanza Limited including; Leading High Performance Teams and Emotional Intelligence. She is competent with various design automation tools and engineering software programs such as; MES, SAP, PLC Programming, MATLAB, C programming and AUTOCAD. She is fluent in English and Swahili.
