She has a successful and diverse background – spanning technical, operational management, service delivery, project management and business development disciplines – which underscores her expertise in engaging decision makers and devising winning service-delivery strategies and solutions.

She is skilled in optimising team dynamics, uniting diverse agendas to a common goal, and harnessing strategic and operational drivers to deliver results.

Bridget began her career 13 years ago as a Sales Representative. Later she joined the tyre industry as a Sales Executive, where her potential was recognised and she was promoted to Coastal Zone Manager. For six years she was responsible for developing, communicating, and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the zone.

Bridget’s strong business management skills were further enhanced after joining East African Cables Tanzania Ltd, where, as National Sales Manager, she was able to develop and manage effective strategic plans that increased the company’s brand awareness, market share and, of course, its sales and profitability targets. Working with the cable manufacturing company gave Bridget experience with construction and engineering stake holders – an added advantage in helping Derm Group (T) LTD reach new levels.
