Eng. Arnold is a University of Dar es Salaam alumnus and an electrical engineer with an impressive career spanning over 26 years.
He began his professional career as an electrical consultant at Em Consulting Company until 2003. In this role, he provided expert electrical engineering solutions and consultations, gaining valuable experience that would serve him well in future endeavours.
Arnold joined Derm Electrics (T) Ltd as Chief Engineer in 2003, where he managed various electrical engineering projects and was instrumental in developing the company’s engineering capabilities. His leadership and technical expertise propelled him forward, and from 2010 to 2017, he advanced to the position of Technical Director. In this role, Arnold oversaw critical projects and ensured adherence to quality standards, solidifying the company's reputation as a leader in the industry.
