Sales Admin & Customer Relations Officer
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin & Customer Relations Officer to support our commercial operations and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries.
- Maintain customer contracts and sales records.
- Coordinate invoice issuance and tender preparations.

- Build strong client relationships and resolve client queries.
- Prepare weekly customer service reports.
- Provide administrative support and coordinate general office operations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Care.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of sales, CRM, and office administration.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
