But our story didn’t begin where we are today; it started with a single step.
From Humble Beginnings to a Visionary Enterprise
We began our journey as a modest electrical contracting company, dedicated to delivering reliable and efficient solutions across Tanzania. As we gained experience and a deeper understanding of the country's infrastructure needs, our ambition grew.
This led us to explore the real estate sector, where we saw the potential to transform urban living. That vision gave birth to Skyline Properties, our first real estate venture—committed to developing modern, quality spaces that meet the evolving demands of both residential and commercial clients.
Our passion for growth didn’t stop there. When the opportunity to become the exclusive distributor of OTIS elevators in East Africa presented itself, we embraced it wholeheartedly. With a desire to bring advanced vertical mobility technology to the region, we established Derm Elevators Limited, opening a new chapter in urban innovation and building functionality.
Finally, recognizing a gap in the manufacturing sector, we took a bold step into industrial production. We saw the need for stronger, longer-lasting utility poles—leading to the founding of Coast Concrete Poles Limited, now one of the country’s top producers of prestressed concrete poles for power and telecom infrastructure.
