Business will resume on Monday, 5th January 2026.
Our site operations and regional offices in Kagera, Dodoma, Geita, Lindi, Shinyanga, Mbeya, Kigoma, Dar es Salaam, and Mwanza shall not be affected by this closure.

As part of our year-end arrangements, we would like to inform you that the office will be closed from December 22, 2025, to January 5, 2026, for our annual holiday break. We encourage all employees to apply for their annual leave accordingly before going on holiday. For any leave-related queries, please reach out to the HR department.
Additionally, we would like to emphasize that, as per company policy, no annual leave will be allowed to carry forward to Fiscal Year 2026 without prior approval. All employees must plan and utilize their annual leave
entitlement within the current fiscal year.
We kindly request that line managers communicate this information to their respective teams and ensure that annual leave is applied for and approved promptly before the start date of the leave. If there are any exceptional circumstances requiring leave carryover, line managers should seek prior approval from the HR department.
