Mcharo is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with extensive knowledge of, and exposure to, managing quantity surveying services – gained from working with various construction-based organisations.
After successfully graduating in Building Economics from Ardhi University – ARU (formerly UCLAS), he worked with a variety of companies involved in the construction of residential apartments, office buildings, general civil works, road and bridge infrastructures, industrial estates, warehouses, etc.
During his career Mcharo has gained an outstanding reputation for the successful management of all financial aspects of projects throughout their life-cycle. He brings to the company extensive and in-depth knowledge of managing construction costs and claims – seeking to optimise the company investment to achieve best value, while still delivering the required standards and quality of services. His cost monitoring and reporting procedures ensure that the essential financial controls are in place to successfully deliver a project within budget. He is highly skilled at managing risk and outcomes with a high degree of certainty by understanding costs and controlling value.
